Food is not great and service is abrupt and disinterested. However the prices are very reasonable, the food is at least recognizable and they serve dim sum to 5pm! Convince is king and Ill likely go back for sub par but easily available d sum and $3 Beer.
so this is a meal that i ate in new year’s eve during a heavy snowfall and pretty much was stuck in downtown. the food is actually not bad, some of it were quite nice well above my expectation. although i must say it’s not really great but it’s definitely decent. the wok and the soup all hit the spot for comfort food somewhat in the middle of real chinese food and westernized chinese food.overall i must say it’s decent, definitely not bad for a quick eat. mangkr.wordpress.com
The service here is terrible. No energy, no personality, no urgency. With other competition in Vancouver, it’s not that hard to choose another place to eat. Service sets the mood right from the beginning of your dining experience to the end.As for the food, it’s quick and fast, gets the job done. But don’t be expecting much. Theres plenty of parking out front. This location is huge and it’s been here for many years.
