Here for lunch. Massive space, massive menu… but wasn’t sold. Food was a little cold, combos were over priced and most came with salad vs. The standard tempura. Very competitive few blocks with 4-5 better options.
Sucks. Hard to find anything about this place I enjoyed…. Salmon is NOT snapper…. even people from Alberta know this. Also, If you’re serving Udon, don’t use the Sapporo Ichiban broth… People can tell… Seriously…BTW, fish is only good when it’s fresh… Again if you need this pointed out, you should maybe try serving a different type of meat.The only saving grace is that the portions are huge… which as you know, can be more a curse than a blessing when things are bad…. Just avoid this place and make it easier on all concerned.
1 inch fish bone and gills found in sushi. The title describes my experience at Komi Sushi. This is by far the worst sushi restaurant I have ever ordered from. I went into the restaurant to let the manager know so they can be more careful but he didn’t seem to care. Bad food. Bad service.
TERRIBLE!. Ordered one California roll and one hot night roll (spicy salmon with california roll). This is the worst sushi I ever had my life. The sushi rice tastes awful, the filling is so wrong. California roll supposed to be the most common and easy roll, they managed to make it so wrong. SO SO SO WRONG. I will never ever visit this place again.
Terrible totally Terrible. Went for lunch today at Komi Sushi and truly do not know how this restaurant survives. The food is at best mediocre and the staff are completely incompetent and their customer service does not even make up for the food. I sent back Gomei and it was still on my bill when I asked why I was told that it was my fault for not telling them that it should be removed from the bill. Sorry didn’t know I had that kind of power to tell you what should and should not be on the bill. Also, for a lunch place that was pretty much empty it was extremely slow and over priced. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.
Enjoyed our lunch. Three of us went for lunch and were served quickly and politely at an outside table. We all enjoyed the food, salad, teriyaki, rolls, sashimi. Our tea cups were filled frequently and our bill came promptly. We would go again.
Ordered the fried rich for lunch. It was terrible. The chicken had no taste, seemed boiled in salt water. Looks like the three in some frozen peas and corn along with the rice with some boiled chucken and served it up
