Came here with a good friend as we were both eager to try out something different dining out-wise. So off to the Brazilian steakhouse we went! Decor was simple & casual with a decent view. Okay service with a good AYCE spread of meat, fish & veggies. Stand-outs for me would be: Brazillian sausage, pork ribs, marinated mushrooms & beef steak. I personally found the rump steak disappointing, and the fried banana tasted surprisingly good! 3.5/5. Solid choice for a different AYCE experience.
This place is an absolute FAIL! I don’t usually write reviews but this place is so bad I feel obligated to write one. The meat was dried up and way too salty. Service was non-existent and is over-priced (they force you to tip even though there is no service). I rather eat at Mcdonald’s than eat at this dump. The salad bar is a joke. At one point I didn’t want to roll the dice and risk having food poisoning, I left after eating a few pieces of food. Avoid at all cost. You have been warned. If you still go and have a negative experience, it’s on you. Good bye.
Service sucks with waiters who don’t know the difference between tomato and clamato juice. Waiters also look really miserable, almost like they’ve lost their will to live. It’s also dirty! Stay away it’s a complete waste of prime property space in the west end!

Terrible food and service for an expensive price, not worth a looney at all… The meat is terrible and what was supposed to be a typical Brazilian food (Feijoada for example) is not even close to a traditional Brazilian food… tastes awful… I’ll never come back again
RIO DESERVES 0 rating…..I don’t write reviews but I’m compelled to when service is uncalled for. THIS PLACE IS DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND BORDERLINE CRIMINAL!!From the get go red flags were already on my radar when our server decided to take part of our reserved section because a few guests had not arrived. We had reserved a party of 25 @ 530pm and by 6pm we were already at the table. The server refused to let us hold the table of 4 even after we mentioned the guests were running late due to traffic (DT on a Saturday evening). Unfortunately when the other guests arrived, they had no place to sit and did not feel comfortable squeezing in with the rest of us and had to leave!!!Second red flag….at the end of the meal the server mentioned she had forgotten to list down the number of guests who ordered the regular buffet and unlimited meat buffet. She assumed that most of the party had ordered the unlimited meat buffet and decided she would charge EVERYONE at the table the cost of the unlimited meat buffet. At this point the server was clearly frustrated disregarding her own incompetence and was clearly not going to listen to reason. Despite some of the guests stating they were vegetarians, they were forced to pay the additional cost for the meat. After we suggested the server call the manager, she initially refused and starting speaking to us inappropriately, swearing and carrying on in an unprofessional manner. The manager on the other hand would not listen to our concerns and decided to take $5 off the price, but still charging the entire party the unlimited meat buffet.Third red flag….some guests still did not feel they should be charged and tried to speak to the manager and that is when the manager lost it. The manager started swearing and told the party to leave and never come back or they would call the police.Hostile behavior and poor treatment of your customers is unacceptable!!Everything about this place left a bad taste in our mouth and we will never set foot here again. Avoid at all cost!!!!
Food simply disgusting .the salad bar is just made fro m cans of low quality frozen foods.the beef chewy ,rice cold ,shrimps tasteless Even the curtains so dirty and ugly .my opinion is that the greedy management cheating the customers we came as a group around 25 people bookedfrom company as new year and christmas party
