I don’t understand how they’re still open. Just bad all around. Not very hepful staff, quite rude with attitude. Extra charge because I had too much in my bowl, I didn’t think there was such a thing as extra charge since you pay for what you put in.

Horrible. Went here for lunch and got the lunch special (rice bowl, salad, soup, and one bowl of the BBQ). Wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t have any soup, didn’t touch the rice, and the sauces on the BBQ were pretty weak so I didn’t enjoy my lunch. Then when I went to pay they had charged me an extra $2 because I used a bowl instead of a plate. I put as much in the bowl as would have fit on the plate, but I just didn’t know and they don’t advertise this anywhere near the salad or plates. Will never go again.
