Yesterday, my friend and I tried DineOut 2019 lunch at The Trump Champagne. We had such worse experience eating there.The Trump Champagne Lounge was nice definitely set up as a lounge for drinks. Because of 2019 DineOUt, we made a reservation for lunch before we went. We arrived at the place around 11:45 am. Inside the Trump Champagne Lounge is most of the sofa seats, which require that you bend forward for your food. The servers were very friendly and attentive. They wore the black uniform, seems like formal training. The service was very very slow.We had picked Smoked Albacore Tuna Nicoise and Pumpkin and Arugula Salad for Appetizers. Korean Glazed beef short rib and Pan-fried sablefish are main entrees. For desserts, we ordered Assorted winter fruits and vegan raspberry swirled vanilla cheesecake.All the food came out of the kitchen, were super slow. The Appetizers were tasted great. Two main dishes were in a small portion, not even hot. It seems like they sat in the kitchen for so long. The desserts were super horrible. The winter fruits one has no tasted. Cheesecake is very bitter and astringent For this lunch, we spent 2 hours in the restaurant. After that, we were still hungry.The food quality was not good.
