Expired food,they yell at their staff infront of customers. I will never be coming back here ever again….due to the fact that they serve expired food cause the managers are cheap and dont want to waste…you will get burgers that are hard and black and expired by 2hrs..and same with the chicken…and they treat their staff so bad…i was in the store once and the manager would yell at his staff and say they were stupid for not knownin how to do something..and he would yell at them infront of customers and infront of other staff…i dont agree with down graded your staff infront of other ppl
No longer a B.K. patron. I have always been a lover of the flame broiled whopper. Sadly after many attempts and telling myself they just had a bad run i can no longer deceive myself into a weekly treat to B.K. Prince George. I have been a customer since high school years 80’s til now, and i just don’t get it. How is it possible to turn a hot fast food item into a soggy poor cold- not even melting the cheese burger. I was hoping that complaints would wake some-one up, but sadly i see all the blogs and reviews are so poorly done that they are probably not taken very seriously.
Went in today wit friend and daughter and enjoyed the food. Staff was very nice and so is new store

Not a fan anymore…. Burger King used to be my favorite fast food place, the food was always so good! Now that place has gone way down hill, I don’t even want to go there at all.. The last 2 times Iv had Burger king, The meat was far past the expiry limit, i could tell just by looking at it. The poutine gravy was severely salty to the point where it was un edible. Or the other reason being there is no gravy cause someone made it wrong and it wasn’t available. Iv had people tell me they are waiting for up to 15 minutes for their food. Very unorganized and poorly managed. Not to mention a lot of the staff are new and still in training (expect mistakes.) If you do go here I urgently suggest you ask for all your food made fresh and wait for it. Otherwise it’s not worth it.
Ever since the construction i cant get a whopper!!! This is bull!!!
Use’ta be good…. Ever since the construction of the new building I have yet to get a decent Whopper from there. Burgers are cold, made not to order. This was a favorite place to go for years – now YUCH!!!
