Terrible service, had people wait 10 minutes when they were open late without even telling anyone why or saying we had to wait without someone honking the horn. And then after that they must’ve taken it personally and gave me about 1/3 the fries it requires to fill the french fry box, they charged me for a double whopper when I only got a whopper and the drink I got was only half filled, said thanks at window after paying and got no reply and felt very hostile and no receipt to go back and get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend if you were starving.
Poor management. Horrible service. The staff that are hired greatly lack customer service and basic food handling skills. Employees are lazy, unfriendly, unwilling to communicate to customers, and unapologetic (or downright rude actually) when they’ve messed up your order. The food I did receive in my order was cold, soggy, prepared in a very sloppy manner, and appeared unfresh. I have never before set foot in such an unprofessional establishment. Not sure why management has chosen to employ children who have no appreciation for life, consideration for others, or any desire to work. Supervisors, get your act together, and teach your employees to respect their customers.
