Some days are better than others. I go in once in a while . The price is right and it’s not burgers. However, I frequently find the few deep fried items that I choose are greasy. Other than that, the food is good. While I was there today on my own, I was thinking that perhaps you could set up a single’s table. Hate sitting at a table by myself. Of course the single patron should have the choice of whether to sit with others or by themselves

Good if you are looking for a large Chinese buffet!. If what you want is a large Chinese buffet and you don’t care if the food is really high quality then this is the place! They have a large selection of Chinese food (Shanghai chow mein, Szechuan chicken etc) as well as western food. Deserts and drinks (unless you want wine) are included in the price.The food is what you’d of a large buffet, not the greatest quality but definitely good tasting food. The ice cream though is AMAZING… I think it’s made from real cream that they pour into the machine. However it’s made, it tastes amazing, far better then the junk at lots of places.The lunch price is about $12 which isn’t bad… although it’s getting a little pricey, it was a lot better when it was $10.50. If it gets anymore expensive I’ll probably stop going. Dinner is more like $16, I won’t go at dinner, that’s too expensive for me to eat enough for it to be worth it!Overall, great buffet place! If your looking for high quality foods though then this (or any buffet) isn’t for you and you should go elsewhere.

Had to try China Cup, but for what it costs I could have had a better meal just about any where. From the greasy shrimp to the sweet and sour pork that had been sitting in sauce so long that the coating was falling off I was not impressed. Dinner for 3 will set you back close to $60.00 now. I will not be going back to this place.
You Get What You Pay For. Located in a large room that will make you feel like you’re in some sort of conference, China Cup is probably the most commercial Chinese Restaurant in Prince George. It offers a huge selection for the price- a buffet style set up with everything from Chinese food, sushi, some Western dishes and dessert. No surprises or exceptional delights- at China Cup what you see is what you get. A good choice to pig out if that is your intention!
