Pass next time. New Year’s Eve expected it to be busy, ordered our food at 330pm for a 630 pm delivery. After calling 7 or 8 times (busy signal) gave up and made dinner at 730pm! Delivery driver shows up at 7:45pm and we say no thanks we ate dinner! He says did you call? Yes 7 or 8 times! Not the delivery drivers fault, Fortune Palace POOR BUSINESS…won’t order food there again!! If you can’t deliver within the time frame just say no don’t be greedy! Would NOT recommend!
Long wait, messed up order, expensive.. Not only did I wait almost an hour and a half for my food, but I spent close to $15 for lettuce wraps and there was no sauce or lettuce… It was just the filling. The spicy prawns weren’t spicy, they were basically just deep fried prawns with no flavor that cost $20 and last but no least the coating on the almond chicken was soggy! Normally, I really like Fortune Palace and have no complaints; They are my go to chinese restaurant but after this experience, I will be ordering from another place.
Service is quite nice & food ia fast. It is average, but found the sweet & sour pork is often too chewy. The wonton soup is also so-so and could use more veggies
Disappointed. I ordered take out and after waiting an HOUR it was delivered without part of the food and when I phoned they had no knowledge of the missing food. So they send the missing food and I wait 45 minutes for it and then they make me pay for it!! No more Fortune Palace for me.
Not good at all. I always heard that Fortune Palace has the best chinese food in town. To my suprise, it was horrible! The worst chinese food in town! Disgusting and tasted old. The restaurant itself was old, and gross. The only good thing was the fast service. I will not be going back again.
Wow, surprised!. I just have to say, we normally don’t order Chinese food in PG as we find that it is usually horrible and full of MSG and tastes like it has been sitting there for days!!! Anyways, tonight I decided to order War Wonton Soup and Chop Suey (they say no MSG) from Fortune Palace and it was unbelievably good and so fresh, best we have had in PG!!!!!
