Nope. Ive had a few friends invite me a few times, so this wasnt a first bad time experience. Last visit was really on low par. Had to ask our waitress for basics, like condiments & water. My dish was rather pricey, steak & lobster… it had a piece of shell on which I chomped on and for a medium rare steak – it was rather too bloody. Had to almost wave down our waitress a few times becuase if the incredibly long lulls with no service. I felt ripped off.
I have no idea if the food is good. The wait once seated was so terrible I walked out. I ordered a glass of water and dinner I think that’s not very difficult to serve in less than 1.15 hours. Never go back.

Have been to several Mr. Mike’s in the past, I have to say this was by far the most pleasant experience! Wonderful service, Niki our server was top notch and the food was amazing! Definitely would recommend! 🙂
Good Food, Less than Good Service.. I went there with my family about 3 weeks ago and I noticed alot of the waitresses were quite young and inexperienced. The young lady who sat us at a very small booth (we requested a larger table and there was clearly one or two available), told me to flip the wooden highchair so the seat part was on the ground and to put our baby’s car seat on top of the legs. I was shocked. For one, the high chair is very wobbly and shakey that way (not laying flat on the ground) and two, it says RIGHT on the highchair to NOT do that and to keep it right side up. I am friends with a few people who work there and they said it’s normal. Just because it is normal does NOT mean it is safe. If a waitress or customer accidently bumped into it and the baby and carseat fell out of there, Mr. Mikes could be sued. I think it would be best if they stopped doing that with the high chair and car seats. Neither are made for that so neither should be put together like that. I would have been perfectly fine putting our daughter’s carseat next to use provided the 5 of us weren’t shoved into a tiny little both and put at the table we wanted…Now for the food, that made my night better. The Ice Tea, caeser salad and sweet potato fries tasted AMAZING. The fries were a bit crispy but not too bad 🙂
Must Read! Amazing Servers!. This restaurant is different than any other I’ve been to. The staff are honest with each other, they always help each other out. They not only care about how your food was but they care about you, and it shows in they’re amazing service. If you give them a chance they will talk up a storm with you and leave you smiling for the rest of the day. I love the people there because they care. Mistakes are mistakes and they happen once in awhile. But the staff and the managers are always going out of their way to make it up. =] Amazing place! xo
Beyond awful service. I went to Mr. Mikes on Sunday, March 24. I have to say, I cannot ever remember receiving such blatantly poor service. The server was either completely devoid of a hit of skill at serving, she was racist, or she suffers from substantial age-based prejudice. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a pleasant, young hostess. As we were being seated, we passed our server, and she looked right at me and my wife. After looking at the menu for a minute, we put them down on the edge of the table, and waited for our server… and we waited… and we waited some more. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, a younger, caucasian couple sat down at an adjoining table. Within a minute, our server came over to take their order. She then preceded to turn around to go back into the kitchen, without taking our order.We walked out and will not be returning. It is too bad. We used to like Mr. Mikes when we lived in Terrace.If you are a manager at Mr. Mikes, your steller employee has lost you all of our potential business was young, with long straight brown hair.
