Never went to this place previously, but have heard good things about food and service. Had the New York Steak at 37 dollars – steak was well cooked, but presentation and variety of vegetables when compared to other locations in PG was unimaginative and lacked variety – broccoli and a carrot (wow). Mashed potatoes were well cooked, but lacked flavour and creativity – even some garlic would have lightened up the flavour. Wine was a glass of Malbec – 5 oz and 14. Really? They have a 400 dollar bottle if youre up for it. Service was good but not great considering the price of food. Constant mistakes when placing utensils – gave me a pasta spoon when I had a steak, then served the meal and went oh, you had a steak?. I could take it once, but our table of 9 suffered the same. Incorrect plate service when served as well. All and all, for the price, flavour and presentation of food – go to Twisted Cork, youll be better served and enjoy it more at reasonable cost.
