I dont understand how this place has a rating over 70%… Its commonly dirty, staff seem undertrained & I wish they knew more about their own specials that are running in ads. The food itself iant bad – its just the rest of the experience that has soured my view
Don’t bother, mediocre at best
I’m writing this as, we are waiting for our food, the server sat us next to a dirty table, went to clean it when it had food on it, wiped the table and threw the food on the ground and still hasn’t cleaned it up. It seems their are only 2 servers running the floor of the dining area, which is completely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon, I feel sorry for the server though as when she came she had 12 tables, to run. The food was fantastic though we ordered the Chicken Arrabiata and the Veggie Lovers and they were both extremely delicious. Other than the lack of staff, it was an okay experience..
I just ordered a large meat lover pizza from the 15th Avenue Pizza Hit with extra cheese, and feta cheeses. The first shocker was the $38 price tag. Then I noticed there was hardly any ingredients on it, no extra cheese and not a hint of feta cheese. awhen I bit into the second slice I almost broke a tooth on something extremely hard. I began to notice a very unpleasant aftertaste that is still grossing me out as I write this review. I left a complaint with the pizza hut website and thwy assired me I would get my money back. Money back or not, I would never ever recommend this store to make a pizza for anyone. Hands down the grossest tasting, no ingredients, overpriced delivered food I have ever ever experienced in all my life and I recommend you go hungry if all you can get is food from this particular location. Imeasured the thinness of thos pizza and it is half a penny high. The aftertaste still won’t go away, bit I will try brushing my teeth to see if that will help at all.
The Hut in Heaven. I went to pizza hut for my first time when I was birthed into a tub of zesty pizza sauce. To this day I have a mozzarella scar on my forehead that tingles when flavor is near. And I want you to know my head buzzes like a blackberry whenever I’m near the Hut of Italian Pies. The buffet is akin to a kings feast (I should know). The food is fresh and refreshed more than the ticketmaster web page when Sheryl Crow comes to town. If you are lucky enough to have Dianne as your Orange Crush slinging waitress ask her to treat you to her uncanny impression of Sean Connery. Who says food isn’t fun? Pizza Hut is a fun place with fun people and a meal you can wrap your fingers around.

Low quality service, expensive. I went Prince George Pizza Hut.The glass (plastic) they used to serve pop had traces of dirt.I asked the waitress to change it. That’s the only time I got a clean one. The knife has traces of unwashed food particles.Pizza thin crust is great but cost over $27.00 Canadian dollars Medium size, I get the other Medium size for half the price but still expensive. I glass of pop is $4.99 and coffee with refill is $2.99. The waitresses are unfriendly. They are stone faced and wouldn’t smile a bit. I only gave $2.00 for tip. I shouldn’t even have done that.Over all, I won’t recommend it to any one specially for family dining as it is not very clean. For that price, I paid a little over 50 dollars for 2 medium size pizza and a small salad plus drinks. One can get good deals from other pizza places, clean utensils and with a smile.
