The girl servers all seem to be from the same classroom & it seems they have other things on their minds sometimes. Ive been there numerous times & it seemed that everyone performs good as if their boss is watching… And other times, its the other way around – they dont seem ontop of things if no one’s watching them. We had left after 25min passed & we still did not get our waters, nor anything else. Food is average, but does good if you just got out of the movie theatre bear by becuase it is so close. Overall, I’d prefer not to revisit.
Sometimes it’s the ‘B’ Team. Very unimpressed today, took wife there for a birthday lunch, and it was downhill from then on. Food was OK but the server should be retrained to focus more on the customer’s needs. He knew one of us was having a birthday, but he just never cared. I found I felt the same way about his tip. Note: Usually birthdays are treated BIG at RR, but not with this guy.24 Sep, 2012Always FUN!!!. One does not simpky dislike Red Robin. The waitress paid for our 80 dollar meal :OBy the way, if your franchise has it…GET THE SIREN BURGER
Average. As long as there are no screaming kids around, this place is good. Good food, fun drinks, and endless fries 🙂
The fajitas, oh my god the fajitas! Seriously. Starve yourself for 2 days then order some vegetarian fajitas from red robins, you’ll need the extra space. Everyone I’ve had here is good except for the popcorn shrimp- If you’re not a huge fan to begin with but want to give it a chance, don’t do that here. The steak fries are awesome, chicken strips a classic, and an awesome variety of burgers and drinks non alcoholic or otherwise. Something for everyone here.
Lettuce wrapped is the way to go. I have the mushroom swiss burger wrapped in lettuce, for me it’s addictive and I find myself craving them!
Looong wait. The burgers are great, but the wait time was unacceptable….over an hour. Trust me, you don’t want to wait for over an hour with hungry young kids.
