The North’s best sushi. Prince George certainly has a great deal of sushi places, each with their devoted patrons, but those who know go to Sendo. If you want sushi like they make it in Tokyo, go to Sendo. If you want to eat where the Japanese exchange students at UNBC do, get thyself to Sendo. They have traditional options like natto and sour plum rolls, custom rolls dedicated to the northern BC set, and non-sushi options like donburi, bento and ramen, all of which are delicious. Be aware, you will be waiting for your meal, often a bit longer than they may estimate. This is a good thing: every dish is hand-crafted with uncompromising dedication to quality, so I recommend ordering at least an hour before you would like to pick up. Eating in is good if you stick to the ramen or udon. Seriously, Sendo Sushi Factory is a gem, a must-go in Prince George that I cannot say enough good about.
Good place to have sushi. Best sushi in town
Amazing! I went to Japan a …. Amazing!I went to Japan a year prior to having Ramen here and honestly it felt like I was in my host families house again! Totally authentic, every roll I’ve eaten is just as delicious as it was in Japan. I also love how they sell Japanese tea, spices and my favourite drink (Ramune). Service is excellent I highly recommend it!
Ramen tasted like instant noodles and probably was. Sushi was what you would expect at an all you can eat sushi place in Vancouver. Service was terrible. Quoted half an hour for a pick up order for five rolls but had to wait double that time. I don’t write negative reviews often but I feel this place is very overrated and disappointing.
Authentic. Best sushi i’ve ever tasted. Sometimes you have to wait a long time but the wait is definitely worth it.
The food was absolutely amazing and extremely well priced. I basically just started a sushi tab and kept ordering I ended up getting so much and it was less expensive than half the food at a much worse restaurant that I’ve been to. I’m going to go back here any chance I get
Good sushi. Ive had take out and eat in several times and I’ve always been happy with the product and service. Sometimes it can be a little slow but that’s the nature of northern sushi with only 1 sushi chef generally on staff.
