Great food and friendly staff. Great food and service today! Stopped for a quick lunch on our way back to Victoria and we were very pleased. I had the BLAT on the French loaf with a beautiful house salad. They also let us have a couple of the old patio umbrellas that they were replacing 🙂
Poor service. I have been there 3times and the service is consistently bad. I will not go there again.

Horrible experience. I was there on April 29th 2014. I ordered the Clubhouse and when it arrived I bit into it and experience a horrible burnt taste. When I took it apart one side of the chicken was burnt black and I could see an attempt to scrape off the black had been made. I sent it back. When the replacement arrived, there was so much mayonaise on it that it dripped out in globs when I picked it up and there was so much butter on the bread that it was all over my fingers. Between the huge amount of mayo and butter used the bread was already soggy. The delicate french bread used does not lend itself to use with wet ingredients. I came to the conclusion that the cooks in this place haven’t got a clue – there were only 4 people in the restaurant so there was even any pressure.
Yum Yum. Loving their fish and chips!!! Sunday night weekly dinner special too! I’m in heaven. I love the waitstaff and the food arrives fairly quickly. The halibut works well with their home cut fries! How many restaurants have home cut anymore??
My family and I went for dinner tonight , our server took forever to grab our drinks, didn’t tell us the dinner specials I had to go an look myself , when we got our meals mine was cold , our server didn’t come back to quality check , also would have liked more hot water for my tea. She brought the bill didn’t offer to bring a machine or offer to grab change , we sat and waited while she stood at the bar talking to two men , we left no acknowledgment on us leaving no thank you no anything , I wouldn’t go here again if you paid me, absolutely awful.
Manager. Took over 30 minutes to get order. Food was cold as was the table next to ours.Waitress never offered apology nor discount when told.Service – poor and rude.Food – disgustingWill not return.
