If the burger is legendary then it should be the best on the menu, but alas it is NOT. Why do people eat at the Duncan White Spot? It is bad, bad, bad, Today I had the legendary . patty, bun, sauce, small dill pickle slice( most places in the world the dill pickle comes on the outside of the bun.) and that is all there was! The bun was not toasted fo the bun was slimy with the sauce, the bun was poor quality and the meat patty was one of the sorriest I have every seen. The worst in Latvia a number of years ago greatmeat on a slice of bread, this was burger won second prize. The patty was thin, dry, reminded me of the sole of my boot, and black around the edges. Tariff $17.32 which included a chocolate milk shake not shaken to a creamy goodness, but the ice cream( I suspect ice milk) still grainy and in lumps.) Do NOT eat here.
Not impressed. The only good thing about our experience was the server. He did his best to fix the issues. Clearly back of house needs some help here. After we ordered, we were informed they were out of the item my guest had ordered. Ordered something else, it came while not exactly quickly it wasn’t too long. Smashed potatoes were not good, go back to the shredded hash browns! Beef dip was terrible! Bread looked stale, beef over cooked and aujus was actually just gravy….sent it back and was brought new aujus that was just watered down gravy. Terrible. We’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
Side plates came out dirty with orange residue. Wings undercooked and bloody inside.server was exceptional unfortunately the back end needs some help

Mixed feelings. Been served cold food, would have sent it back if the server ever returned.. Cold eggs gross me out but luckily my kids aren’t so picky lol. Other occasions the server wouldn’t leave us alone, acting like she’d known us her whole life and then standing there with her hand out waiting for a tip when the meal was done! The tip think I can get over but EVERYONE at my table was uncomfortable, she’d barely even let us eat I wanted to tell her to just leave us alone! Got the same waitress 3 times and haven’t been back. I really wish I could say more about the food but all I can think about is that woman! I cant even remember what I ever ordered there.
Poor Service and Food not great.. Order and waited a long time when our food arrived the burger was not correct I order the burger , salad , pie special, received the wrong salad…. we also ordered the summer salad it was very small and the lettuce was limp & brown. We did not complain because it took so long to receive the first order….
Been to a lot of White Spots in my time. This one seems to be a clean, well known one. Seated a little slowly, but Server was very polite. We each recieved four mini menus which took up a lot of space on the table. Prices are on par with expected. Good quality food. Nothing wrong with the experience.
