This restaurant is now closed. Broaster House equipment has been sold to Tim’s Fish and Chips. Hopefully will be open this summer. Hopefully they will make better gravy than the powdered mix from Broaster House.
After years and years of enjoying the best chicken and burgers on many trips to Creston, the Broaster House has closed for good. The owners have retired.
Very good value. Tasty, tender fried chicken. Fries are always crisp and tasty, many varieties to choose from. Very friendly people. If you are into cars, there are photo albums full of pictures on every table.
We ate here a few years back and were not impressed. The chicken was really dry and greasy. We heard there were new owners and gave it another try. The chicken was tender, moist and not greasy at all. New owners are doing something right.
They keep changing owners so I don’t know if it’s still good, but when I went last winter it was delicious food, and decently priced for the quality I got.
