Skied in Whistler and decided to stop for something to eat on the drive back to Vancouver. We were so glad we chose to go into Downtown Squamish rather than just a fast food spot nearer the highway. It was well worth the extra 2 minutes drive. It was our first time at the Copper Coil, but we will definitely be back again. The food was fantastic and the staff was first-rate. We interacted with three different staff members during our time there and each one I would hire instantly if I ran a restaurant. This will be our go-to spot whenever we travel between Vancouver and Whistler. We really enjoyed being there.I dont give many reviews, but this place earned it.

Visited for a quick appetizer and beer after a nice day at the lake. We ordered BBQ chicken wings and the yam fries. Yam fries were average and wouldn’t order again but the wings were delicious. They were pricy around $16 for maybe a pound but the overall flavor made up for the price.
Very good casual spot for beer and burgers. Small space but great patio (if it ever stops raining). Definitely one of the go to spots now in Squamish.
The best place in Squamish hands down. Great service and even better food! They made a regular out of me. Try the bison burger and the pulled pork sandwich.
Super cool little spot in downtown Squamish. Great beer & cocktail list with awesome decor. We were pleasantly surprised this most recent time we stopped in for dinner. Giving the Copper Coil another shot we had their jambalaya and their Mac n cheese balls and wow! We were super impressed. All the food was very flavourful and portions were big! Super stoked they upped their flavours.. this place is going to do very well and is now a favourite in Squamish!
