The food and service was awesome. Was there on a Monday evening with a group of 9. Nice atmosphere and restaurant inside. The rolls with bacon were a favourite. The tuna and the wild salmon was a party in our mouths. The waitresses recommendations were spot on. One of the best places in Kelowna for Sushi. Will definitely be back and also recommending this place to friends and family. Not sure why as of writing this place has a 2.9. Its definitely worth being in the 4 range. I dont do 5s 🙂

Went here on this past Saturday April 1st! Never been here but was told it’s one of the best places in Kelowna! I’m originally from SK, just moved here in August and I’ve never been to Vancouver within the last 12 years and didn’t like sushi then, but for the all the sushi places I’ve been to in the Okanagan, this place is my new favourite!! It’s fancy inside, when we showed up 3 tables had reserve signs on them and there was people constantly coming in to grab takeout! The flavours and presentation were really good! My fav was the red dragon sushi roll also they have a perogie roll, being from SK we love our Perogies, and it legit tastes like perogies, very good! The staff were super friendly that I had interacted with. I will definitely be back!
This is the second location of the popular Bluetail sushi in Kelowna. The original location is near Costco. I’ve only been to this place at odd hours and I’ve seen it pretty full once. I think the signage and location is hard to clearly see. This place is good and the decor is nice – I really hope to see this place pick up. Or maybe it is quite busy but just not at the times I’ve been. This place has a slightly different menu than the other location, and we’ve enjoyed the majority of things we’ve had when here. We’ve taken our family here too and they liked it. Service is nice too.
Hmmm… not as great as their other location. Really sloppy. Some slices of sushi were massive, others super thin. Made it pretty messy to eat. When you’re paying $12 for a specialty roll, it shouldn’t look like it was cut by a 5 year old. Service was nice. Restaurant was totally empty though. Gave me a weird vibe.
