Really amazing location! Beautiful views of the lake harbour. The atmosphere is great as always. There is always a wait here so make sure you give it 20-30 mins to get a table in the evenings. I would definitely recommend trying the blackened creole chicken. It’s what keeps me coming back!
As a farewell to Kelowna, the hubby and I decided to have lunch at the Cactus Club Cafe since it overlooked the marina. Our server was super nice and very attentive. The food was decent and fresh, but expensive for what it was. I had the grilled chicken kale salad, but it was more of a mixed greens salad with very little kale. The chicken breast was thin – almost seemed like they took one breast, cut it in half and then pounded it until it was super thin. Unfortunately this made the breast dry, and with the lack of additional ingredients in the salad, the dish was just plain boring. The hubby had the salmon with mustard sauce, and although he enjoyed it, I found the sauce to be too tangy. He also found five bones, indicating that the salmon wasn’t deboned properly. I imagine this restaurant serves awesome cocktails, and I’d probably return for that, as well as the sandwiches since it looks like you get more bang for your buck, but I wouldn’t recommend the kale salad nor salmon.
My first experience with Cactus Club was this location. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way. The food was very good. I’d definitely come back.
The environment it’s good. The cheedar cheese burger was good love the yam fries. The short rib sandwich is great bit salty but good. And the beer week there’s always a good beer for a good burguer
Always such a fantastic experience at Cactus Club! We sat on the gorgeous outdoor patio and had the Tuna Club and the Chicken Curry and both plates were scraped clean by the end of the meal. 😉 We had wonderful service by two lovely girls, one of whom was training. Can’t wait for the downtown location to open! adventuretoanywhere.com
My Go-To. Cactus Club consistently delivers with fantastic food, amazing drinks and great service. The atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Favorites are: calamari, raincoast greens, tuna tataki, Szechwan green beans, and the ravioli. would definitely reccomend
This is a regular place of ours wherever we go. We ate at this location for the first time and the steak was cooked perfectly and the creole chicken was outstanding. Yummy, keep up the good work.
