Food is good but the wait time to get it is always terrible! It usually takes at least 30-45 minutes (or longer) for the food to get to the table. Not so great when you have young kids with you!!
Our first visit. My husband is a no frills, meat and potatoes type, and did find something on the menu to suit him. I like all the fresh fruit, and had French toast with fruit. It is the first time I’ve had French toast that actually needed no syrup. The fruit was so plentiful and had so many varieties of fruit that no syrup was needed, which was pretty amazing as, I LIKE syrup! And the menu for our brunch offered many choices.
Is this place a joke? Like actually? Fruit smoothies that taste like yogurt flavoured barf. The bacon is like the kind they put on your sandwich at subway, out of a microwave, toast soggy, hashbrowns are just cold boiled potatoes. Most of their breakfast involves some kind of fruit. I guess go here if you want a nasty sugar high and like paying upwards of $50 for two for breakfast.
I wouldnot go again. The service was poor, the coffee cup was dirty, had to ask for a clean cup, the server was not prompt at filling the coffee, there was nosweetner on the table, when the meal arrived the potatoes were burnt and tasted like old warmed up potatoes. I would not recommend.February 19,2015.
Looked better than it taste. I tried Uncle Fred’s favourite. It certainly looked better than it tasted. The waffle was not crispy and by the time the tomato, the eggs and the hollandaise sauce were added, it just became one big blob. The first half dozen bites were okay, but after that . . . .
DISGUSTING. Was super excited that it was opening again since i wasn’t able to go to the one before….and was throughly disappointed. When we went in, the place was somewhat empty because it was around lunch time, the hostess sat us right next to where the people line up. So we asked to get relocated and we did,,,next to a freezing raining window. The food was gross; the crepes seemed like they were made out of some sort of clay and there was just too much fruit that didn’t even taste close to sweet. The omelette was soggy and mushy. Finally, the knives just would not cut! I had to rip my crepes that were hard with two forks.
Just perfection!
