WE LOVE cupcasions! We have been coming to them for 4 years! They never disappoint, for my daughters 1st bday in september we got a princess and the pea themed cake and they did AMAZING i just stopped by the new shop and got 6 cupcakes. Love them! Always great service and delicious product
Disappointed in customer service. Wanted to use CupCasions for my wedding cupcakes. Asked about the groupon and they said that they couldn’t honour it.. I then got an email saying that I could have a discount but it was on a timeline. As I live in an hour away I asked for an extension(2 days). They said that they couldn’t give an extension and that I would have to pay my deposit without tasting. Not how I like to be treated as a customer.
AMAZING!. Best cupcakes in Kelowna are at CupCasions! They have cupcakes to meet everyone’s needs from gluten free to a Boston cream one. My personal favorite is blueberry cheesecake but that’s a close tie with all the other flavors. Its not just flavor they deliver on but looks too and you can add little decorations on top or/and disco dust!
