Been here a few times, as well as the one in the neighboring city of Vernon. As far as this (Kelowna) one goes: the food is consistently good quality (as far as Denny’s goes), and I’ve never had to send anything back. My most recent visit was late evening, and it seemed the server’s priority was finishing her cleanup so she could end her shift on time. I was even asked to settle the bill because of this. I was not asked once of everything was good, or how my stay was. I was not offered a refill (had to ask) and my bill was unceremoniously slapped on my table as she walked by my table. My tip was still above 10%, but only because my order was correct and the otherwise lackadaisical service was quick. I walked out hoping i get a different server next time.The Vernon location is much better in that regard: great service on my last visit.
