Despite many bad reviews, me and my family actually tried this place out before reading any reviews on here. It actually turn out to be okay. Food was good. Services was also good. We showed up at 11:00am for breakfast and they have a full house. I don’t know why all the negative reviews but they are still good in business.
Just terrible. Waited 25 minutes to get in (party of 2) waited 45min for a crappy breakfast. Half way while waiting to get the food I had to use the washroom and there was no toilet paper!! And I really had to go , that pissed me right off! Won’t be back go down the road to Perkins screw this shit hole

Frustrating Server.. Usually I love Ihop but this experience was very disappointing. Had to ask 3 times for a coffee from the server and finally asked a busser for one. Server messed up our order and when they brought back the fixed order it wasn’t even completely cooked. Also on our other order there was barely a spoonful of hash browns on one of our plates. Very rude and felt like we were a hassle.
Yummy!. Exactly what I was craving. We had just left De-Dutch because the prices were quite high there and options minimal. This was much better! I couldn’t believe how fast I ate my entire meal. I ordered the Strawberry Stuffed French Toast combo with Scrambled eggs, Hashbrowns and Bacon. My husband ordered the Banana Brioche French Toast combo with Sunnyside -up eggs, Hashbrowns and Bacon. Both were absolutely amazing. We definitely prefer our Hashbrowns a bit more crispy but we will make sure to mention that next time we come. I love that their new menu has pictures of every single dish on it, because having a visual is pretty important for me. I also love the fact that they have flavored syrup options on the table. Our service was great and they were very attentive to us 🙂
Late evening supper. Hubby and I went to the Kelowna IHOP last week for supper at the end of a long day.,we each ordered a meat dish that came with mashed potatoes and at our request, broccoli. I also ordered a side of soup, even tho’ the waitress couldn’t even describe, let alone name, the soup of the day. Our food came, but my soup had been forgotten, it was brought to me very quickly, and was the only food that was not lukewarm to cold. When we told the waitress about it, she replied that she had brought our food to us as soon as it was ready. Really? She could not have offered to take it back to be reheated in the microwave? Most unappetizing meal I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I am sure they are great for breakfast, and lunch when you have breakfast dishes. But we will be a long time going back for anything!
