    Ive been here a few times now and honestly it gets worse and worse. We had reservations for 8 and were seated promptly but without kids menus for our 3 kids. Our server took over 10 minutes to greet us. When my sister-in-law commented that we had been here a while she apologized and mentioned that the sections got mixed up and she didnt know this table was hers. It didnt bother me because she was very sweet. We were ready to order so we did right away and she promised us waters immediately.It another untimely wait for our water and an even longer wait for our adult beverages. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited for our dinners. There was a Cantina event going on and we ordered 3 fish tacos, 2 kids meals, a spinach & artichoke dip (complimentary with a BCAA card), a spicy chicken noodle dish and the portobello mushroom.About 30 minutes pass by and our server passes our table while bussing some dishes from another table and tells us our food is coming right up and she can see it in the pass through. We were seated right in front and in plain sight of the open kitchen so we could see everything happening at the back of house.The kitchen staff looked extremely disorganized and confused and the management and food runners seemed to be frustrated. We could see what we thought was our food coming up but the dishes were taken away and not delivered to our table.A manager came by and apologized for the wait and we asked if she could at least bring the kids meals out first and the spin dip and she promised to get it out to us right away. This did not happen. 45 minutes after ordering our food started arriving but in waves.The noodles, chicken, 1 kid meal and one order of tacos came first. We saw that some of our food had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time and our plates are too hot to touch. Then a couple minutes another taco order and a kids meal. Then minutes later a spin dip. Then a good ten minutes after the first meals came out our last taco order came.We did not say anything even though we were halfway through our meal by the time our last person started eating. I did however have to ask about my daughters chicken strips when the delivered our food because they were so small she was so hungry and disappointed. I took a picture of it because the chicken strip was the size of a small prawn and weve ordered it tons of times.I asked our server if she could see if we could get a couple more strips and if they changed suppliers because the strips were tiny! She offered more fries which my daughter didnt want so she said she would look into the strips and another server helping her deliver the food assured us that they would make us new ones because that it has happened to her before.We are almost finished eating when she returned to do a quality check and we ask if more strips were coming. She told us that that was the size and thats all we get! I have a soft spot for restaurants and servers because I spent my university years serving and know how busy and tough work it is but I was at the end of my patience. I asked her why she wouldnt tell us this sooner so we could perhaps order something else for my daughter and she told me that she didnt know we wanted more. She offered us free dessert which we didnt want and declined so I ask her to if she could just bring a couple of strips or just take the strips off the bill. She again says she can only offer us free dessert which I again tell her we dont want and ask to speak to a manager. She says shell let her know and then goes to the other end of the table to my mother in law and her bf to tell her that shes offering us free dessert even after we told her no twice! So Im fuming at this point!The manager returns to us and I explain the situation to her about the strips and she tells me that they can make us a new batch no problem. I told her that our server said it wasnt an option and the manager was confused and said that she would be happy to. At that point we had been there so long and just wanted to leave, and didnt want to wait for who knows how much longer for the remake.The manager sees that we get our desserts with the kids meals and we order two complimentary desserts. They took an unreasonable time to come-the kids desserts are prepackaged ice cream sandwiches they have already in the freezer so no prep is requiredWe get the bill and they forget to comp our free bcaa appy so we wait again for that.It is so disappointing because our local milestones back home in the lower mainland is always great! In addition to the gong show, we saw a female staff member bawling on two occasions while speaking to management through the open kitchen. I just cant with this milestones. The hefty prices dont reflect on the subpar food and slow, inconsistent service, and miscommunication. I wont be returning to this location.

    Today ( Easter weekend) we went in for Breakfest, the menu had changed, we understand that happens at all chains, the food we had ordered was sub par. The hash browns have been now substituted for some D grade I hop quality potatoes. I had the beef hash Breakfest that was entirely over sauced. The coffee was over bitter and totally off. It would have been great if we could have had the opportunity to say something but the server didn’t come by to check on us or even get us a refill on our coffee. When she had finally come by we asked for the bill assuming we wouldn’t see her for another 15 min, and yup 15 min later our bill was in hand, only to wait another 5 for the POS payment machine to meet us at the table. This went from my favourite place to go for a drink and Breakfest to a never again spot.
