Pleasant Surprise. We went to Minoo’s for a quick breakfast. The place is hard to find (hidden behind a tree), but once you find it, you will go back often! It is quiet, welcoming and food is great! You get big enough portions, for very little money…and it quality is great too! Not greasy at all, fresh and made right there for you!
Erm….. Sadly, I have to agree with my partner’s review and say that the food is simply not good enough to warrant a return visit. My breakfast, Minoo’s Creation, was just not chef or breakfast-cook quality. None of the elements came together and it was essentially one food item stacked on top of another and on top of another, with little in the way of seasonings. And the ham that was supposed to be wrapped around the egg/spinach concoction was the cheapest pre-formed ham that you can purchase in any grocery store…hanging in the area *beside* the actual deli ham. Combine that with the strangely-coloured yellow hashbrowns (see photo) and the meal turned into a disappointment. On the plus side the dining room is cute and the fruit was fresh and cut in-house, which oddly can be hard to find, but that won’t be enough to lure us back.
