Food was top notch. Food was better than many Montreal delis. Soup was homemade. Fabulous onion rings and fries. Reuben was filled with delicious smokemeat. Creme brulee was outstanding with Callebaut chocolate.
Terrible food. My friend and I ordered the burger, poutine and a meat sandwich with bechamel sauce. It all just sucked. Burger was terrible. Poutine was mediocre bcs of the gravy (New York fries is way better). Sandwich was okay, but really nothing special. Nice ambience and decor but they need to bury their menu in the ground and come up with a new one. Do not recommend. Will never return.
Ambiance was fine, but I was very disappointed in the meal. I had the pattie melt and had to quit half way through. Generic white gummy bread housing a very lifeless tasting ground beef pattie doused with a health portion of sweet onions, just tasted awful. We also had the poutine which was no more than just ok. I personally would have much preferred Arby’s.
Glorified Arby’s. $14.00 plus tip for a smaller sandwich, non-existing coleslaw, but tasty, fries ok, and the beans no very good. Overall not a good value and meat could be better..
