Fantastic. Truly delicious and a real pleasure for hot dog aficionados. What sets this place apart from others is that they actually make their own smokies. This difference is readily apparent in each bite. While the prices are very low, it is not reflected in the quality of their food. Very pleasant staff too. I would recommend this place without qualification.
Very good food at a bargain!. I caught their food truck outside Canadian Tire today, and it was a very pleasant experience! Great customer service, and the hot dogs were made with handcrafted care. Condiments were fresh and plentiful, and the amount of french fries provided were a very pleasant surprise! I would definitely go again.
Sooooo Good! One of the best parts of winter coming to an end is the Ok. Hot Dog truck back at Kelowna Canadian Tire. If you haven’t tried a smokie yet you are missing out on the BEST!! smokie you can get in the Okanagan. No by-product, preservatives or msg. Great customer service!
BEST SMOKIE EVER. I’m someone who never really cared much for smokies at all. Until, I was told to try one from the food truck at Canadian Tire. I have never tasted such a DELICIOUS! smokie ever. No preservatives, by-products or msg makes these the best smokies you will ever taste. With the great selection of condiments it just tops everything off perfectly.
The best of the best. I come to the valley every summer to enjoy the lake. Every year one of my must do is to have a hot dog and home fries from ok hotdog. I am not sure if it is the meat, the uber fresh buns, the endless condiments. The best by far that I have ever had. And the fries……. Mmmm
Try the smokie. While not a great fan of a regular hot dog, I do love a good smokie. these are the best I’ve ever had! (compared to others in the Okanagan, Vancouver, Calgary, and even Las Vegas)This is a most important draw to Canadian Tire, so try to plan your hardware shopping to be there for a lunch treat. For another treat, try the Polish.
