I started going to Pearson’s in 2008 when the place I began working at received their faxed lunch specials every day. I fell in love with the tomato Parmesan soup, and the chicken salad sandwich (which isn’t on the menu anymore, but if they’re not crazy busy, they will still make for you if you ask really really nicely). I turned gluten free two years ago, and moved to Vernon and then to Calgary in the same time frame, so I haven’t been in awhile, but now that they have gluten free bread available, I will make it my mission to come there for lunch again the next time I visit the Okanagan! Love it!
Lovely atmosphere inside, and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside! Love that they now offer gluten free bread for sandwiches! Thank you! The sandwich was delicious and at 100g of meat (the regular size) was very filling. Next time I may have to go with just the 50g of meat, which I’m sure is still plenty.
