What has happened to this Restaurant. Since moving to Kelowna 9 years ago my wife and I, plus our circle of friends have often visited Perkins, usually on a Saturday night. We have all enjoyed some great wholesome and inexpensive meals, with good and prompt service. Our last two visits have not been up to the standard we have come to expect from this restaurant. On both visits the service has been terrible, once seated it was over 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken, another 15 minutes before the drinks were served, on each occasion the requested orders were not quite right.We waited another 20 minutes before our meal orders were taken, in fact I had to go and find a staff member and ask for this to happen. The meals were the only bright light of our visit, hot and tasty, the only problem was we had no utensils to eat the meal and the waitress had to dash away and get them. The waitress was running around doing her best to serve everyone. On a Saturday night at 7pm this situation is unacceptable and it will be a long time before we return.
