Very friendly and attentive staff. The burgers were tasty and the sweet potato upgrade was worth it. There should definitely be more red robins in Canada.
Consistent with good service!. This is one of my husband’s favorite restaurants, though I’ve grown to like it too. It’s usually really busy and the diner-esque interior isn’t for everyone, but the food is always good, and I’ve had some GREAT service here. We’ve only had one negative experience where a waitress brought us our dinner and only came back afterwards to immediately bring us the bill, but we were given a slight compensation when we expressed our unhappiness to the front staff. It was a nice little gesture that made all the difference for us.
Can’t go wrong. This is a great place to take my kids. The burgers are very good and it is a loud family friendly atmosphere. We go with the kids often and the consistency is very good.
Good place for quick burgers- its not exquisite. But i went on my birthday week and they gave me a free meal despite me not having a coupon… which was nice. The waiting staff is good too- really kind and down to earth. Nice/ clean… its red robin,
I have a wheat allergy and upon mentioning this fact the manager came to my table and she was extremely helpful! I have never had such wonderful service like this and she stood there telling me exactly what was wheat free and what can be substitute on my dish.

Good place. I’ve been to Red Robin on a number of occassions. They are quite consistent in the quality of food, efficiency, service delivery. I’ve seen the manager walking around ensuring customers are taken care of. I usually order the chicken burger and fries which is really good. The atmosphere can get a little loud. The prices I find reasonable considering you get endless fries and pop. A good choice for families or to go out for an inexpensive meal. Service has always been good too.
