I used to love going here, but Ive had enough bad experiences with wrong orders and managers not accommodating that they are now on the boycott list.
I have been to lots of Chopped Leafs and I have never had worse service. Kelowna location is the worst I have been to and I keep giving them a chance but every time the service is horrible. Also Chopped Leaf as a franchise should do spot checks as a servicing of Chicken at one location ie Kamloops is completely different from Kelownas. I believe Kelownas is way under cause I have eaten at over 6 different Chopped Leaf locations and this one is by far the smallest.
Great place for a salad or sandwich! Staff is quick and very helpful. The options are very healthy and there is lots to choose from. I made a custom salad and I loved it. It’s a bit expensive for a salad, however you get exactly what you want!! Thanks for a great lunch!
