This was the best i have ever had the atmosphere was great and so was the service. I picked the coconut mango with my chicken pho. I would go back any time
Best soup. Been going here for 10 years never have I got sick. Best spicy soup In kelowna number 35. Amazing staff that know me and my children by name and our favorite dishes. Family owned business which I perfer to spend my money at.
Communication for food. Every dish I have tasted is delicious. The service is excellent as well. I can see how hard this family works to provide a good culinary experience. As for what someone wrote about their pho being flavourless.. Pho is medicinal and far from flavourless. Boiled down bone marrow and secret spices handed down in family recipes… It’s up to you to help flavour your own soup. Try with hoisin and hot sauce. Add the bean sprouts and Thai basil and all the flavours come together beautifully. Sometimes people make mistakes with orders, if you have something lemon grass and it tastes like teriyaki you should speak up. The best way to a great dining experience is to communicate clearly. Thank you Vietnam village for your awesome cuisine we get to enjoy here in Canada 🙂
Of any restaurant of this type. Hands down this is my favorite!! The tamarind soup is to die for. I have never seen this soup any other place (city) than here. Must come back.
Great for lunch. I often would go here for lunch during my work day and was never let down, they have great coffee aswell.
My first pho experience in Kelowna, and it wasn’t all that great 🙁 the raw beef noodle soup (pho), was a clear flavour-less broth with some noodles. The beef was good quality but it wasn’t enough to flavour the soup. I also ordered the lemon grass chicken wings, but all I could taste was teriyaki sauce? Not sure what happened there. Not a great food experience…probably won’t go back. Lovely service though 🙂
