My wraps at this location have always been quite mushy an unimpressive, I enjoy the lettuce based wraps a lot more but still low quality food and staff seem to be quite ignorant, definitely won’t be back to this location

The Heavy Hitters left starving. Hers was some Bombay wrap. Supposedly there was chicken and vegetables in there but All we could taste and see was rice. His was some Jambalaya thing. Might as well just have called it a rice and corn wrap. Did see a piece if shrimp and a small piece of (we think) chicken. No chorizo sausage to be found. If we were not in such a hurry we would have returned them or complained. Happy thanksgiving my a$$.

I’m still hungry!. The new store looks great. The wrap was still tasty. But, wow, what a rip-off. They have absolutely miniaturized the wraps since I was last in. And, no, I didn’t order the new snack size – it was a regular. I even opened it at one point to see if it had any chicken in it at all! Only a couple of tiny cubes. The wrap was mostly rice and chopped cabbage and they want almost eight bucks. For the same price I can go to Wendy’s a half a block away and get a cheeseburger, baked potatoe and drink combo.

I am hooked on wrapzone!! My absolute favorite fast served place in kelowna, I go atleast twice a month but even then I’ll go days just dreaming of the chicken santa fe wrap! The food is always fresh, never takes long to make. The spall location is in my opinion a bit better than the richter one in the mission but both are good. A little overpriced for the amount of food you get but it’s quality and doesn’t leave you feeling sick! Staff is always friendly and wraps are always delicious 🙂 go in and try it if you haven’t already!!

Worst wrap I ever ate. My wife bought mexican beef wrap for me, and vegetable chicken for her. Mine was mainly rice, very little beef, absolutely bland, no taste at all… Hers had some half-rotten tomatoes inside, also not tasty.
