This could be the best truck in town. I’m so glad I found these guys behind the museum. I’ve been there for lunch a few times and keep coming back. The sandwiches (po’boys) are great but the gumbo has to be my favorite. Everything I’ve had here has been top notch and the service is incredible. I highly recommend this truck.

We caught the Streetcar named New Orleans today parked behind the Royal British Columbia Museum. It was an ideal location with lots of benches and tables. We shared a table with a nice couple from Australia. We split a roast beef sandwich, red beans and rice. With a drink it was $17 and filled us both up. The food was good but the service was better.

YUM YUM YUM. Seriously, you’ve got to check this place out! It’s amazing. I had a half order of Red Beans and Rice. I wish I’d ordered the full order, it was so amazing. BUT I decided to try the rootbeer glazed ham po-boy in addition to my red-beans and rice, and I’m sure glad I did!!! AMAZING. It’s a bit messy, but they are super great and give you a wet-nap to deal the mess. Highly recommend trying this food truck.

Really nice jumbalaya and pulled pork sandwich. Super nice service as well. Definately will look for this truck when I am back in town.

Great food and lovely people. I’ve never had gumbo before but this was a great introduction to it! So flavourful and filling, my serving had plenty of meat and veggies, and the broth was to die for. The bun that came with it tasted nice and fresh. Everyone else in my party was really happy with their po boys etc. Great food truck!
