Poor service, mediocre pizza. Was one on the best pizza places in Victoria at one point, it has gone down hill badly. Pizza mediocre at best and customer service is poor. Son ordered two large, got two mediums, I heard him put the order in. Crust was under cooked toppings not what they were, not ordering anymore from there.
Was waiting on Fort location form 20 minutes to learn they delivered my pizza to wrong customer and the offer was to either take the other customer order, or wait for another one which means the first pizza would get cold! so ended to get my money back and went to other store, which I guess I had to do it to start with. Well we all learn what to do and what not to do next time. I am done with Alibaba, never will order form them anymore. What a service!
Nom nom nom. The best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. They get their gluten-free crusts from Portofino Bakery, and praise be unto them for having the sense to outsource their g-free crusts to someone who knows what they’re doing! I try gluten-free crusts from other places, sometimes, and am always disappointed. We always order our pizza for delivery, and it generally comes on time, warm and delicious. The only time it was very late was a day when someone didn’t show up for their shift, and we received a discount at the door without asking for it. Yay!
No thanks. HUGE portions of undercooked dough, sloppy construction, poor attitude by staff, dirty tables. I’m not that hungry.
What is up with the staff in the downtown Victoria location.? There lazy and terrible. Its crazy how many customers u lose by not helping people at the till, I stood there for 8 mins today and finally walked out. If I owned this place I would be embarressed and if I managed this place I would fire myself..! Never going back…
Laid down and boogy this eateries tastie cuisine. If the food isn’t to your liking you could always just sit down and play magic the gathering.
I ordered delivery out of the nnanaimo location after such a big fuss was made when this pizza place openedopened here. it was some of the grossest pizza I have ever had and my delivery was 30 minutes late I will definitely not recommended people or people to order from there. and if they really are rated as Victoria’s best pizza I feel bad for you guys
