Since I first reviewed this place a year ago, I’d like to update it, and give this place a 5 rating instead of the 4.5In the past year they’ve since updated their look (which wasn’t too important), their food has been just as delicious and their service is just as good. —Ambiance – It doesn’t have the look or feel of a Thai restaurant, but that’s okay.Service – Dined in once but have had take-out several times, and the gentleman there was great and had lots to say about the chef and her background!Food – Excellent, I’ve had their pad thai, green curry and lamb all wonderfully delicious and very authentic. My favorite appy is the chicken wings although I wish there were more per order. The last time we were there they didn’t serve alcohol however I’ve been told that has changed.
This place has just opened for couple weeks. Overall, my 1st dining experience there is positive despite the ‘not-so-up-to-date’ dining environment and uneven floor at some spots. The Phad Thai I ordered is good. I actually like it better than the one at Baan Thai. The noodle is just right, not dry not too soft. It is rare to have a Thai lunch at $9.95 that includes spring roll (big size), salad and soup. We’ll be back! Keep the good work~ We need some good thai food in downtown area.
