The place looks really cool. There are a ton of booths with a nice wood and leather style to them and the vibe is great. It was a bit crowded and difficult to maneuver around especially upstairs where space is tight. The drinks are alright – I was having double Bombay tonics and felt it was a bit ‘underpowered’ for how much you pay and how long you wait.

I’ve been here several times before but most recently was a friend’s birthday party. It was a saturday night and they had live music. I was really impressed with the service as there was a dedicated waitress for our balcony section upstairs. The drinks were good – my moscow mule had the right amount of gingery kick and the house special shafts were quite memorable. Great location in the heart of downtown.
Old timey, classy, original and restored. Brass, tile, wood finishes. Excellent drinks, service, and ambience. Add live music doing Alabama Shakes and Lourde covers, and I’ll take it. You need to spend time in this bar.
This place should not be missed. Love this place, its perfect both during the day, and night, accompanied by live music. Ambience is really nice, and the service is great. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely go to this place when I am back in Victoria !
