We live in a society where there’s never enough time to eat in the day. Admit it, you’ve been guilty to get more sleep by snoozing that button on your cell phone rather then waking up early enough to have a healthy start to the day. Be fresh provides healthy alternatives on the go. I love it! It’s hard to find a healthy joint especially downtown. Love the supplement shots. It’s a nice selection when your in a hurry. If you work near by I suggest you check it out. You’ll feel better after your meal knowing it will digest better too.
