Its always a pleasure to grab a cup of coffee here when Im poking around Chinatown. This coffee place is right in the midst of the action with polite, attentive wait staff and an unusually shaped space being narrow and deep but this makes for meeting new people. On nice days you can have a seat outside to partake in a cup of Fair Trade coffee and a goodie if you choose. I almost forgot being Chinatown of course they also have tea.
A busy coffee shop in heart of Chinatown. Great place to grab a cuppa and sit at a table on the sidewalk and watch the world go by. Coffee is good, service is great, ambience is inviting. Not just yummy baked goods but they serve soup and sandwiches too.
I used to go here all the time for 3 reasons. 1: Great green tea and great coffee 2: Their Tuna Diablo melt was awesome! 3: Gypsy Jazz jams on the sidewalk! But it appears they are no longer in existence or are renovating or have moved. Too bad if so as the atmosphere was great and to be honest I am the furthest thing from ‘coffee shop guy’ that you will ever meet 🙂
