Owner. Can not understand that a customer being served bad coffee and bad baked goods did not complain just left a lousy review . As you can see we have been around serving coffee in Victoria for 23 years and one our bakers have been with us the whole time we are busier than ever and have the same customers coming in day after day making us one of the longest running and busiest shops in downtown Victoria and you don’t get that kind of customer loyalty by serving bad coffee and bad baked goods.So to the person that gave us a bad review i wish that would have at least made us aware that you were not happy with the product . Great coffee…. I was just walking by the shop today, and they were closed but the door was open so I asked if they were opening later, but sadly they weren’t. However, the owners then made my day by making me an Americano at no charge, and it was delicious. Thanks so much for making my day and for the great coffee!Jeremy

Great music to start the am!. Unbelievable memory these folks have! 3 weeks gone by and they remember my name and hazelnut americano! I would walk the extra 4 blocks to see them and get their coffee! Every time, great music in the shop to start my day!
