Really good macaroons. Nice fillings and not too sweet, large selection of flavours, some unusual flavours. The fruit flavoured ones taste fresh and tart and the salted caramel tasted divine.
I think I’ve found my new favourite macaron place in BC (sorry Thierry)! I just adore the mix of savoury and sweet, and Bon Macaron does it very well. The goat cheese and fig macarons are the best. I’m so glad they have locations in Vancouver too.
