My number one restaurant in Victoria… though I do not know why I failed to review them sooner.Everything I love about a brasserie: small menu with some perennial favourites and excellent seasonal menu items; no reservations (you will wait if you want to dine here on a Friday or Saturday); consistently excellent food and great service. They have the best moules-frite in Vic.
Best burger in town! The Brasserie Burger is the best burger Ive had in my mouth, bar none. They cook it medium as per, but tell you this when you order it and will cook it well-done if like. The mix of meat is really good quality so the medium rare is just fine for me. The steaks, wines and staff are also all phenomenal. Laid back, quiet, fine dining.
