Really enjoyed the beef bourginon wrap. Exactly what you would expect from beef bourginon but a little bit more salt on the meat would have been good. Nice service.
It wasnt bad. We had the Bourguignan wrap. 2 pit falls: a little too much sauce for the wrap as it got all over my hands and they didn’t have napkins out to wipe my hands with.
Had the beef bourguignon and chocolate hazelnut mousse cake. For $9, the bourguignon was not bad, a flavourful sauce and relatively tender beef. I loved the buttery scalloped potatoes that came with. The whole thing was very saucy, I would’ve preferred maybe more potatoes or even a piece of bread to pick up the delicious sauce. For $3 the mousse cake was delicious, think whipped nutella with a buttery crust. Highly reco the cake +
My company used this food truck for our staff Christmas party at Steamworks in Burnaby! They were awesome! They were easy to work with, friendly, and fully prepared for all of our requests. The food was excellent and had nothing but positive feedback from staff. They have a nice variety of food options, including AMAZING desserts! I wanted to order one of everything! Their Beef Burguignon and Pommes Dauphines are absolutely delicious! They offer platters too for corporate events with delicious appetizers. I highly recommend their services!
When I went to the Fraser Valley Food Truck Festival, I had the beef slider at C’est si bon because it’s I’m all about supporting businesses that choose non factory farmed food. Even though the adorable bite-sized brioche slider is made with organic, free range, medication free beef, its not the reason why this was the cutest dish of the day. It was the pomme dauphine that surrounded it. At the risk of sounding totally clich the pomme dauphine were a little taste of heaven. Creamy, seasoned, cheesy mashed potatoes deep fried into hersheys kisses sized bites of nirvana. They paired nicely with either ketchup or mayo but were every bit as enjoyable plain. Being served by a very polite Frenchman did not hurt their cause. The slider and the heavenly potato bits were $5. Yeah, I’ll totally come back for that price. earthlypursuits.ca
A 2.5 from us. We ordered two crepes, one ham and cheese and one sugar. Both crepes were okay, very basic and exactly what you would expect. The employees are really friendly, but we don’t see ourselves returning.
Nice little food truck that I enjoyed but I expected a little more for what I paid. This place’s saving grace is definitely their fried potatoes they serve with their food. They were hot, crispy and soft and just delicious. Their sliders on the other hand were flimsy and patties were too tiny. Would give this place a 3.2 – 3.3 if possible. Would like to eat here again for sure though.
