Delicious, nutritious and filling salads. Definitely the healthiest meal I’ve ever had from a food truck. It’s also the fastest service I’ve had from a food truck because Ito want take long to put together a salad. Mine was loaded with veggies like kale, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, and radish and also had a zesty hummus and creamy guacamole. A winner in my book.
