For a Sunday late-morning early-lunch this place is amazing. A relaxed atmosphere and great selection of food. The b.a.l.t sandwich was awesome. We swapped the chipotle mayo for regular and the sourdough for a brioche bun without any complaints from the staff, very accommodating. The soup is also a must. This is the place to come on your day off Bueller! An 80s movie reference, bang kerching – its a London fing!
Had the Moroccan lamb burger , food was ok a bit bland .Atmosphere is quite nice and cozy, except the service was just horrible, rude waitress unattentive.
Incredible oysters and the most delicious clam linguine i’ve ever eatenhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Amazing food, a solid 4. But terrible service, the waitress we had (petite lady with shorthair, you know who you are) got 50% of the order wrong…. However, she did get 90% of the bill right.
Both, veggie and beef burger are very good. But the tomatoes were ICE cold. The fries are definitely a reason to come back, especially with the ginger mayo. The salads are good. The oysters are handled right and spot on. Only been in during lunch, but the service just doesn’t meet the the ticket. Overall, good food, but that’s all I’m coming back for.
Dark and empty interior, but likely a function of the lunch hour and being a hot day in August. Small back patio, covered, good good drinking, eating oysters, and conversation. Pricey.
UP – Cool little place with relaxed vibes and good food.DOWN – Pricey in my opinion. Sure didn’t get a whole lot for what we paid.OUT – I think this place was talked up too much for what I was expecting. Halibut was good, but otherwise just sitting in soup stock.
