**This review is for the James Bay location on Menzies St.**I’ve been to the original Yates St Floyd’s but my recent experience was at Menzies. I went there for my birthday brunch and wasnt disappointed. The menus are different at each location and I immediately gravitated towards the fish n chips benny. Can’t say I’ve seen that combination anywhere else yet. The space is much cozier than the original downtown location but fortunately we were able to be seated immediately. Our server was one of the friendliest and happiest people Ive come across. You can tell he enjoys working there and making others happy. The food did not disappoint although i did leave some potatoes on the bottom of the plate. There’s only so much fried food i can eat in one sitting. I also got to make my own OJ mimosa and play with proportions!
