This place is suppose to be quick bite…but the wait is ridiculously long for a fast food chain. Their bowls are dry and flavorless. Not a single sauce at all. Is this how they maintain the healthy aspect of it by sacrificing the taste? I had to ask them for some soy sauce which they poured out of their cooking bottle. The rice is also under-cooked. Overall it just has a very bad after-taste. Had a terrible lunch experience here.

I felt very good after finishing the rice bowl, considering all the ingredients were healthy.You can also customize your meal to include (or not include) whatever you want. You order what you want on a sheet of paper like a multiple choice test and they make it in the kitchen.
