I love the team atmosphere that the staff have going on and the openness with the customers about genuine feedback. These guys are fantastic. I got the dry aged burger which had one of the most heavenly burger patties I’ve ever eaten and my wife had some risotto with braised beef. The food was delicious but a little out of proportion and could have used a bit of finesse with the sides/garnish. Instead of a kilogram of fries with my burger, a small salad option would have been much appreciated. The seating is extremely limited but it kind of adds to the atmosphere. I’ll certainly be back to try some of the more interested items on the menu if I can steer away from another one of those delicious dry aged burgers. I’m certainly going to give their sister seafood restaurant a try which is directly behind Hank’s.Thanks for the great meal, guys!
It is a great restaurant tucked away, that I never knew about. Once you walk in (be there quick!) you’re invited to sit at the bar where the cooks are very welcoming. We ordered the menu sampler between two ppl and it was definitely worth it. You will not leave hungry, and the variety hit every mark possible. From oysters to pasta to chili dog and much more. The menu is always changing so I will definitely be back. Perfect place for a date, or having a few drinks and appy just catching up with a friend.
