I found that they serve one of the better butter chickens I’ve had here in Vancouver. Although the line was quite long during the lunchtime period, their service was quick and easy. I was originally concerned with the somewhat ‘small’ portion size – but it definitely filled me up a lot longer than other lunch options. It was worth the money I paid. They didn’t accept my MasterCard Credit card which is a downside – had to have a friend pay for me!

Food is above average but the dish you don’t wanna miss is chickpeas veggie (chole bhature). $15 is enough for one person to dine. Much better than other Indian restaurants in Downtown Vancouver which will give you authentic spicy Indian taste.

Another Indian Place phoning it in…. Sadly there is not much to this place. They substitute spiciness for flavour and soggy naan and rice prevail. Are there any good indian restaurants out there? Please? Anyone? Bueller?

Non-authentic Indian. I don’t understand why this is the longest line up at the International Food Fair. The portions are generous, however the food is not good – or at least not what authentic Indian food is supposed to taste like. The Naan bread is also either rubbery, or undercooked. If you arrive after 12:15, you end up standing in line for 10 minutes, and scrambling for somewhere to sit down.
